Shipping policy

Shipping:
Precious Little One accepts all major credit cards and products are shipped within a day on in-stock items. This does not apply to large items and dropship items that come direct from our supplier.
 
All orders will be issued with a tracking number. We will email you with the carrier and tracking number, to enable you to check the status of your parcel. 

Returns:
Precious Little One is user-friendly and offers a return policy if a customer orders a highchair or pushchair that is not what they wanted or is too large or small for the age of their baby.
 
A customer simply needs to contact Precious Little One within 14 days and we will happily arrange to have the product picked up and send an alternative product to replace it.
