How can I check the status of my order?
Once you placed your order, the delivery information was stamped on each order line on your email order confirmation and within the Track Your Order
section so can be checked at any time. All of our delivery timescales are estimates. Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order via email and on our online tracking facility
should there be any changes to your order.
To access this area, you will need your order number and delivery postcode, both of which can be found on your order confirmation email.
- Delivery address so you can check this is correct.
- Your order lines along with the dispatch estimates.
- Shipping status per order line.
- Any tracking information from the courier.
- Any order notes that have been added by our purchasing or customer service team.
Shipping Status' Explained
In Progress: Your order has been received and is being processed
Sent for Picking: Your order has been allocated to the warehouse for picking
In Picking: A member of the picking team has been allocated to your item for picking
In Packing: Your item is being readied for dispatch
Dispatched: Your item is with our courier for delivery attempt (please check tracking where available)
Manufacturer Advised: Your item is being fulfilled by the manufacturer to deliver directly.
