Yes. We in fact provide FREE delivery on all the TENS machines to UK residents. Return postage is £4.25. If ordering within 3 weeks it is advisable to use special next day delivery at an extra cost of £5.95.

When do you send the Babycare TENS unit?
We send the unit 3 weeks before your due date for hiring and by first class post when purchasing.

How long does it take to arrive?
All Babycare TENS units are sent by first class post. However, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If you are within 3 weeks of your due date, we would advise using special delivery and we will dispatch it immediately for a next working day delivery at an extra cost of £5.95.

Is There a Faster Service?
Yes - If your due date is less than 3 weeks away, this is a must. UK residents can order Next Working Day Delivery for an extra £5.95 as long as your order is placed before 12pm between Monday and Friday. (This service does not include weekends. Units ordered on Friday before midday will arrive on Monday. Units ordered on Friday after midday or Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.)

- Pre-TENS Skin Preparation Normally £4.50. For use before applying electrodes to increase adhesion and electrode conductivity.

Why do I need the extra set of Electrodes?
If you would like to try the unit before going into labour, you can purchase an extra set of electrodes. You can then try the 2 pads on your forearm to feel the different pulse sensations.
