  How do I change or cancel an order?
 
 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any home delivery item for a full refund.

If you wish to change or cancel an order please use our online form or alternatively send an email to our customer service department. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt. Please include the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Date of the order

Alternatively contact our Customer Services Representatives on 0845 226 0754 (Local Rate Call). It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Date of the order

Please note that if your order has been despatched, we are unable to cancel it and our normal returns policy will apply.

If you refuse delivery because you have cancelled your order or for any other reason without obtaining our permission first, you will be charged the normal £12 per box for UK Zone 1 or £24 per box for UK Zones 2 & 3 stated within our returns policy.
