i just bought this product and it was very easy to assemble it, solid wood,but the is no belt for the child to prevent him from standing up, therefore, it is very risky to leave him out your sight. to sum up excellent product...

Again Precious Little Ones comes good. They are always one step ahead. The HAUCK looks nice and is value for money, our son is 8 months old, he sits perfect onto seat. It is a huge difference when your baby sits with you at mealtimes. It does make mealtimes more fun with the whole family. Thank you

We bought two of these chairs so that our 18month old twins could eat at the table with us rather than being 'out on a limb' and we are really pleased with them. Easy to assemble (although the instructions didn't tell me to fit the wooden dowels as the first step)and clean. We love them!

we bought this for our son who is nearly 2. he doesn't need the safety harness, but i'm thinking of having a second so it will come in handy. the only down side i can see -(compared to the trip trapp) is the harness. the tripp trapp can be slid in and out of the chair frame without the need for allen keys, the design of this chair suggests that this is not the case with the hauck alpha. Not a major issue, and certainly not worth paying the extra £100 for. My son loves this chair!

Easy to put together, Feels strong & sturdy. However you need to buy the seating insert for comfort & a safety strap for smaller babies.

Our daughter loves her new highchair, she's 22months and grown out of her first highchair, which was becoming unstable the bigger and more active she becomes, we even find her climbing into this new one herself. Simple to construct, adjust and much cheaper than the other brand. The small tray doubles well for her to rest her arms while supporting her head at the endof meal times. Go on buy it you will not be disapointed. Also ordering and delivery went without a hitch.

Classic design. Sturdy and stable with adjustable seat and footplate. It should give years of service and allows babies to sit at the dinner table. You will probably need a cushion for small babies (6-12 months) as otherwise they can slip down. Excellent value at this price.
