Standard delivery is 7-14 working days. You will be contacted by email if we feel that your order is likely to take longer than this period. Orders placed in store take 7-14 working days to arrive. You will be contacted by telephone if we feel that your order is likely to take longer than this period. You will be contacted by telephone once your order arrives to arrange delivery. When an order is placed, it is split by 'in stock' items and '7 - 14 Working Day Delivery' items. Please make a note of this at time of order. Your 'in stock' items will be shipped straight away and the 7 - 14 Working Day Delivery items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Furniture items are also shipped separately as they are mostly shipped directly from the manufacturer.
If there has been a problem with any of your 'in stock' items and there are any delays, you will be contacted via email.

We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the box is damaged. Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).

Please ensure that you include your order number in the email. We will then send you an electronic version of your invoice. If you were not sent to the order confirmation screen and did not receive an order confirmation email it is unlikely that your payment was successful. If the bank authorises your payment but our fraud check rejects the payment, it may leave a shadow on your card which will automatically drop within a few days. We always endeavour to expedite returns in a timely manner. However, please be aware that, in extreme circumstances, there can be up to a maximum of 28 days for faults to be repaired by the manufacturer.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to your card account.
