I would like to cancel all or part of my order?


If you have changed your mind and the order has not yet been delivered, please sign into the Track your Order section to find our contact details and email through your order number and the line items you wish to be cancelled.  If your line items have already been dispatched, we will send you a pre-paid stamp to return the item free of charge for a refund.  If the item(s) you wish to cancel have already been delivered, please go to our Arrange a Return section.


I would like to add to my order?


It is only possible for us to add to your order if all order line item(s) have a status of  'In Progress'.  You can check this within the Track Your Order section.  Please check this first before contacting us.

You can then find our contact details within the Track your Order section to email through your order number and the item(s) you wish to add to the order.


I would like to change my order?


It is only possible for us to change your order if all order line item(s) have a status of  'In Progress'.  You can check this within the Track Your Order section.  Please check this first before contacting us.

I would like to change my delivery address?


We will be happy to correct a delivery address for you, however for security reasons, it is only possible for us to change your delivery address to the invoice address and only on any line item(s) that has a status of  'In Progress' within the Track Your Order section, please check this first before contacting us.

You can then find our contact details within the Track your Order section to email through your order number and confirm the delivery address.


How long will my refund take?


Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods by PreciousLittleOne, as per Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.  If it has been longer than 14 days, please sign into the Track your Order section to find our contact details.
