What does the shipping status 'Delivery Details' mean?

What does the shipping status 'Pre-Order' mean?
The manufacturer is currently out of stock of this item but has issued estimated dates for stock replenishment. The product will show the month currently quoted by the manufacturer and can be anytime during that month. These are estimates and are subject to change.
What does the shipping status 'Check Individual Products' mean?
The package is made up of a number of different products. You would need to check each individual product contained within the package to find out the delivery timescales.
What does the shipping status 'Out of Stock' mean?
The manufacturer is currently out of stock of this item and currently has not issued dates for stock replenishment. Please use our email facility on the product and you will be emailed once the product is available to purchase.
All the above delivery timescales are estimates. Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order via email and our online tracking facility should there be any delays on your delivery.
Fraud CheckingOccasionally orders may be delayed due to fraud screening, for example, when the delivery and invoice addresses differ. You will receive a phone call from our Fraud team should your order be affected. Your order will also be updated via our online tracking facility.

Standard delivery charges
Standard deliveries are FREE for all purchases of £50 and over and £4.95 for all deliveries under £50.
Standard delivery includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. All postcodes not mentioned in Zones 2 and 3.
Delivery Charges - Zone 2
Zone 2 delivery charges are £4.95 for all postal items and £12 per box for all other orders.
Zone 2 includes Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, ZE.
Delivery Charges - Zone 3
Zone 3 delivery charges are £4.95 for all postal items and £17 per box for all other orders.
Zone 3 includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes BT, JE, GY, IM, TR21-25
PLEASE NOTE: The Tutti Bambini range of products have different zonal surcharges applied to those detailed above.
City Link
Items dispatched via City Link will be sent on their 'express 24' tracked service. This service provides a next working day delivery service to the majority of UK postcodes. There are exceptions to the next working day delivery service such as Northern Ireland and the highlands and islands of Scotland where delivery may take longer. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Due to the nature of parcel delivery, next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Royal Mail
Items dispatched via Royal Mail will be sent 2nd class via a non-tracked method. Due to the nature of this distribution method, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Packaging
We may use recycled packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore contents may difffer to the description shown on the carton. Please check inside for goods ordered. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £16.50 returns charge will be applicable.
Do we deliver to your address?
We deliver to postal areas in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery to UK addresses overseas, islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the UK.
Can I send things to more than one address
We are happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You will need to email us with your special requirements quoting your order number.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
ALL ITEMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. We will not allow the courier to leave the item in an unsecured location. Our deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 18.30. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card "We're holding an item of mail for you." at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver with further details. The order will be held for up to 4 days, after which time your items will be returned to our warehouse. If the item is returned to our warehouse, you will incur a charge of £16.50 to cover the returns costs.

If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact our Customer Services Representatives.
What do I do if I believe the product has arrived damaged?
Before you refuse to accept the delivery, check if the contents of the box are damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer services on 0845 226 0754 or send an email to our customer service department who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter. Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).
