The Indy is a multi-group safety seat designed to be adapted to the child at every stage in their growth thanks to its integral adjustment system; height-adjustable by the extension of the backrest and width-adjustable using sides of the headrest and lumbar area, in turn providing complete lateral protection.
'Indy Team Plus' is the Isofix version of the 'Indy Team' car seat. If your car has Isofix fitted, you can increase your childs safety further by using it in conjunction with the INDY TEAM PLUS anchoring system on its base. The base simply and easily clicks into the ISOfix anchorage points found on the latest cars which gives extra rigidity and stability for knocks and side impacts. The car seat belt is then used to hold both seat and child, so no top tether or supporting leg is required as with most other models on the market today.
It also has the practical and very convenient advantage that when you remove your child from the 'Indy Team Plus' car seat; it's still attached to the Isofix connectors in your car so you don't have to seat-belt-in an empty car seat every time you use your car when your child is not present, like after leaving them to school. Remember with all booster and group 2,3 type car seats on the market; you must remember to seat belt them in, even if there is no child in it. This is because in the event of a suddent stop or accident, it will become a dangeriously heavy unrestained missile object that will cause injur to passengers in the car.
